The weather has been sunny each day here in Perigueux. Mornings are cool but it warms up during the day. We are very busy but seeing a lot of wonderful things and eating outstanding food!

We were served like royalty at the restaurant, a four course meal.

On February 29 the group went to the MusÚe D'Orsay. We were there from 10 am until 12:00 pm. Starting with the third floor, we saw beautiful impressionist paintings by Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, Manet etc. It was incredible!

The Museum was big too. The two of us decided to start at the top, but the two hours that we had to look around wasn't enough at all. Looking at all of the famous art, we could sense the artist's feelings from their paintings or sculptures - they were either happy or depressing depending on the artist. This museum used to be a train station. The architecture was very impressive. There was a lot of detail, it was beautiful! The two of us feel that the MusÚe D'Orsay was one of the best parts of our Paris visit.
