GRADE 10

bulletHelp students enroll for eleventh grade courses based on goals established within the four year academic plan.

GRADE 11
bulletProvide an orientation in preparation for the PSAT/SAT and the College Fair.
bulletAdminister and interpreting the PSAT/NMSQT.
bulletProvide and opportunity for students to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB).
bulletHold Junior Parent’s Night Program to discuss college admissions and other future planning topics.
bulletDisseminate future planning information and SAT planning to juniors.
bulletMeet with juniors and parents as requested to review senior year programs and to begin post secondary planning.
bulletOffer interest testing and job shadowing to interested students.

GRADE 12

bulletGive large group presentation on information relating to college admission, standardized testing, employment, services, recommendations and transcript preparation, and military opportunities.
bulletMeet individually with each senior to examine transcripts, determine that requirements for graduation are met, and work to clarify post-secondary plans.
bulletHost a financial aid seminar given by the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC).
bulletKeep families informed of any students who are in danger of not graduating.
bulletHelp each senior to insure an appropriate post-secondary transition.
