From May 20-22, the South Burlington High School Science Department will administer the New England Common Assessment in Science, as directed by the Vermont State Department of Education.  This is a mandatory assessment for all eleventh graders in the state of Vermont.  On the designated testing days, grade 11 students will report to school at 8:40 AM, the normal start time.  All other students will arrive one hour later, as occurs on school days with a delayed start.  We will run the block schedule as we do on the monthly Teacher Learning Community (TLC) days. Friday, May 23 will be a make up day with a regular start time for all students.  We will run a block schedule on the 23rd.   

Buses will run the regular morning routes picking up elementary school students, middle school students, and high school juniors at their regularly scheduled times.  Buses will again run their routes one hour later to pick up the remaining high school students for the start of their school day at 9:40 AM.
