Many cell phone plans now allow unlimited text messages. While texting is a great tool for keeping in touch, it has its downside when overused. This article in the New York Times Health section investigates some of the unexpected problems teens face when they have difficulty controlling the amount of time they spend texting.
eWaste collection a giant success at SBHS
April 18th, SBHS hosted Small Dog Electronics' annual electronic waste recycling event. SBHS Green Team students made up 25% of the 100 volunteers who unloaded 1,700 cars, collecting 150 tons of electronic junk. Click the link to view photos of the event.
